The original Oak Beach Inn (OBI):
The original nightclub was located in Oak Beach, at 1 Oak Beach Road on Jones Beach Island, near Captree State Park. Robert Matheson ultimately opened another three locations of the Oak Beach Inn. The "East" location of Oak Beach Inn -- "OBI " or "O/B/I," for short -- was located at 239 East Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays, New York. OBI North was in Smithtown, New York on State Road 25A, and OBI West was in Island Park, New York (initially at 3999 Long Beach Road, and later, briefly, at 50 Broadway). All four clubs were located on Long Island and were wildly successful for many years, and known to bring people in from all over Long Island, New York City, Westchester, southern Connecticut and New Jersey.
Among the prominent artists who had performed at OBI were Twisted Sister, Muddy Waters, and The Good Rats. The original OBI's building was sold in 1999, torn down in 2003, and its land turned into a park with a small beach simply called Oak Beach. Reportedly, original OBI bartender Robert "Rosebud" Butt is to credit with inventing the Long Island Iced Tea in the 1970s.

Undated interior photo:
As opened in August 2002 by John McFeely, Oil City Skate Park (sometimes written as Oil City Skatepark) was a 15,000-square-foot indoor facility in Oceanside. Located at 3565 Maple Court in Oceanside, New York, the Skate Park briefly featured concerts booked by local promoter Christian McKnight.
Among the notable artists who performed at this location were My Chemical Romance, The All-American Rejects, Murder By Death, A Static Lullaby, and CKY. A 2002 performance by Andrew W.K. at The Downtown in Farmingdale was originally scheduled for Oil City Skate Park, but had been moved at the last-minute due to production/technical reasons.
Online records list a June 5, 1999 performance at this venue featuring Less Than Jake, Blink-182 and The Hippos, but no photos, videos or audio recordings of this event have been located via FML research; it is possible this event was misclassified and instead occurred on the Van Warped Tour, which does not appear to have had a Long Island date in 1999.

Our Lady of Victory Church -- OLV, for short -- is located at 2 Floral Parkway in Floral Park, New York. For several years in the late 1990s and early 2000s, it hosted all-ages punk and ska shows. Among the artists who had performed there were Step Lively (featuring future Reunion Show frontman Mark Thomas), ASOB (featuring Jeff Rosenstock), Pilfers, Edna's Goldfish (including future Reunion Show bassist Brian Diaz), Channel 59 (with noted composer Dan Deacon), Big D & The Kids Table, and Seven To One (as featuring eventual MerchDirect co-founder Lee Tepper).
