Exterior photos of the former site of Plush:
As located at 222 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre, New York, Plush was primarily a bar and club which promoter Christian McKnight also rented out for live music events. The only documented event which the Internet seems to remember at Plush -- which is now Kashi, an acclaimed Japanese restaurant -- featured co-headliners The Anniversary and Superdrag and opening acts Brand New (reportedly one of the band's first "big" shows) and Mates Of State.
Practically across the street, McKnight would also promote shows featuring Superdrag and Brand New at nearby venue Backstreet Blues in the early 2000s.

The PWAC was a big warehouse rented from The People With Aids Coalition in the mid-1990s, as located on Route 109 in West Babylon, New York. Described as "a huge open warehouse with a stage built at the far end," its big room could hold an estimated 1,500 attendees. The space also featured a smaller venue and, later, a record store.
Reportedly, the first show at the PWAC was Mind Over Matter and Vision Of Disorder in April 1994. The last show appears to have been in 1996 and to have featured Sick Of It All. The building is currently a church auditorium. Other notable artists who performed at the PWAC in the years to follow were Fugazi, H2O, Silent Majority, Inside, Clockwise, Motive, and Sick Of It All.
A 1996 performance by Sick Of It All at PWAC can be seen here. A 1996 performance by H2O at PWAC can be seen here.
