Nestled in Port Jefferson on Long Island, New York, VuDu Studios began its life in 1997 as a modest one-room facility, and over time evolved into a full-blown multi-room recording compound under the guidance of producer/engineer Mike Watts. Located at 410 Thompson Street according to business listings, VuDu offers a large live room, multiple isolation booths and a professional control room, making it a destination for bands looking to capture the energy of live playing with high fidelity.
One of the key credits of VuDu was As Tall as Lions, a band which recorded several albums with producer Mike Watts and team.
