This guide has information on coronaviruses in general, with information on the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV), which emerged in China in 2019.

COVID- 19 Vaccine Distribution

Now offering Flu Shots and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine.  

All New Yorkers age 6 months and older are now eligible for the vaccine. 

Eligibilty:

  • Age 6 months and older
  • Reside in New York State
  • Work in New York State
  • Study in New York State

Certain individuals are eligible to receive a second Bivalent COVID-19 booster:

  • Those 65 and older who received their last booster at least 4 months ago
  • Those who are moderately or severely immunocompromised and received a bivalent booster at least 2 months ago, please see CDC guidelines for who is moderately or severely immunocompromised at:

NOTE: You MUST bring your original VACCINATION CARD for booster. No other documentation (copies/photos) will one accepted.

PLEASE NOTE;  For children under 5, parent(s) must bring their ID as well as their child's birth certificate showing proof of age.
