Netflix's 'You' Shoots Scenes At NY Diner | Massapequa Daily Voice

Season 5 of the Netflix thriller You brought its chilling storyline back to New York -- and with it, several compelling Long Island connections. In the final season, several scenes unfold at the Laurel Diner in Long Beach, a historic roadside eatery established in 1932. Published reports confirmed crew presence on May 22 and 23, 2024, and these scenes appeared within episodes 5 and 6 of the season.

Interestingly, although filmed in Long Beach, the show's script refers to the restaurant as being located in “Atlantic Beach” -- and even assigns it an inauthentic 631 area code phone number, deliberately nodding to Nassau County.

Beyond the diner, the final episodes also showcase a beach house that fans firmly believe is located somewhere along Long Island’s South Shore -- possibly near Point Lookout, where local reports confirm another filming locale.
