The January 17, 1997 card included former WWF Intercontinental Champion Tito Santana, former ECW World Heavyweight Champion Steve Corino, Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka, Hercules Hernandez, and Devon Storm. A followup event on February 21, 1997 is noted to have included King Kong Bundy within one of the matches.
More recently, on June 19, 2025, Smithtown’s Napper Tandy’s Irish Pub hosted an Extreme Dwarfanators Wrestling show, as intended to feature high-energy performances in an intimate pub environment.
