Freeport 22 Rockville Centre 0
Halves -Two fifteen minutes.
Referee - Thorpe of Rockville Centre.
Umpire - Hunt of Freeport.
Goals - Freeport, by Lewis 3 Chapman 1.
Goals Kicked - by Lewis 2.
"From the start to the finish it was Freeport's. Our boys played a very good game, but owing to Rockville Centre's light team did not play very hard. We expected to see good results from Freeport and we certainly did see then when our backs went through the line for a gain of not less than seven yards. Rockville Centre had the ball only twice, and each time they were held for downs or were forced back."
Freeport 6 Hempstead 6
Halves - Two twenty minutes.
Referee - Kastenhuber of Freeport.
Touchdown for Freeport by Block.
Goal kicked by Lewis.
Touchdown for Hempstead by Brill.
Goal kicked by Dose (Hempstead).
"Although there has been misjudgment in placing players in Freeport before, never has there been such a catastrophe as there was in this game. Just image Lewis the full back, about six foot, playing quarterback; and Lea just the man we needed on the line, in full back. After making a bad thing of this they changed to regular places. Mulcahy, the quarter[back], was taken out and Betzig but in. Then because Freeport did not win right then they put Mulcahy back. The game ended by as score of six to six."
Freeport 43 Great Neck 0
Halves - twenty and fifteen minutes.
Umpire - Dose of Hempstead.
Referee - Chase of Freeport.
Touchdowns for Freeport by nearly everyone on the team.
Goals kicked by Lewis.
"This was the easiest game that Freeport played this season. Great runs were made by all the men and touchdowns were made by whoever wanted the ball, even the men on the line. When Great Neck appeared on the field they were all in like uniforms and look like a very 'husky bunch.' They weighed as much as Freeport."
Freeport 41 St. Paul 4
Halves - two thirty minutes.
Umpire - Chase of Freeport.
Goals made for Freeport by Lewis 3, Lea 1, Chapman 2, Block 1.
Kicked by Lewis 6.
One field goal by Daly of St. Paul from 25 yd. line.
"The game was very easy for Freeport. Any of the Freeport men could have made a touchdown if the ball had been given to them. The features of the game was Lewis's seventy-five yr. run for a touchdown after the St. Paul quarter made a fumble."
