Dahlia Flowers

Dahlia Seeds, Cactus Flowered Mix:

Description: A stunning mix of dahlias with slightly curved petals in a vibrant medley of colors. Sturdy 3-foot plants grow easily from seed and benefit from staking. Blooms come in a stellar range of alabaster, cherry, lemon chiffon, peach, and pink, their heads reaching 5-6 inches across. A perfect variety for landscaping or cut flower use.

Dahlia Seeds, Dandy Improved:

Description: This diminutive dahlia produces pinwheels of vibrant warm colors, with a unique set of central petals. Compact plants sit just about 2 feet tall and create a splash of color in containers, beds, and borders. Darling blooms reach 2.5 to 3.5 inches across and are incredibly attractive to a range of pollinators.

Dahlia Seeds, Mignon Single Mix:

Description: Compact, rounded plants are a useful size, reaching about 20 inches--perfect for bedding large enough to make a real showing in containers or window boxes. Flowers are single, large at 3-4 inches, with petals of unusually heavy substance. Colors are perky dahlia tones of white, pink, mauve, soft yellow, and red.

Dahlia Seeds, Unwins Mix:

Description: Tender Perennial. Colorful mix of rose, orange, yellow, crimson, purple, and brick red. Single and semi-double flowers are a popular garden choice. A classic dahlia mix that has greeted several generations of gardeners each summer. Easy to grow.

Fleurel Dahlia Tuber:

Description: Huge blooms are showpieces in the garden and vase.  Just as your flower garden is winding down in late summer and the beginning of fall, its time for the dahlias, with their huge 8-10" blooms, to make their grand entrance. Sir Alf Ramsay Dahlia Tubers:

Description: Exhibition-worthy blooms.  A floral masterpiece! Huge, globe-shaped, 8-10” flowers have a mesmerizing array of petals that gradually darken from white to lavender pink at the base of the bloom. Flowers are even more colossal for exhibition when plants are pinched for fewer, but larger flowers. Sure to elicit “ooh’s” and “aah’s” in the garden or in a vase.

Moms Special Dahlia Tubers:

Description: Each flower has slightly different white and lilac coloration.  How happy would Mom be to grow, or receive, a bouquet of these colorful beauties? Large 8-10” flowers have beautiful, variable, pale lilac stripes running though the clean white petals that slightly twist and curl. Description: Great big showstopper brightens late summer arrangements.  An impressive choice for its rich coral-peach tones set off in a dramatic dinnerplate flower form. The coloration will vary some depending on the temperature, and as the flowers open fully and mature they will develop rosier shades. That’s part of the fun! Extra-large blooms make a big statement in flower arrangements, and in the garden on bushy plants with strong stems. For fewer but larger flowers, pinch off some of the buds when they’re small so that the plant puts its energy into the showstoppers.

Babylon Purple Dahlia Tubers:

Description: Tall, stocky plants bring bright color.  A vivid shade of deep red-purple makes these large 8-10” blooms pop with color. Flowers are held on long, reddish stems, making them perfect for cutting. Looks especially dramatic planted next to dark-leaved plants, such as purple fountain grass or ornamental millet.
