Description: (Armeria maritima).  Perennial in zones 4-8. Its marvelous magenta color sets this wildflower apart from the rest! Sea Thrift is a rugged and herbaceous perennial native to a wide range in the northern hemisphere and usually found in marginal, coastal soil. The plants are rugged and tolerant of poor soil. It is a great addition to rock gardens and borders, as well as pots and window boxes. The plants grow 8 to 12 inches tall and 6 to 10 inches wide, forming tufts of grassy foliage and blooming from early to late spring.

Description: (Armeria maritima).  Perennial in zones 4-8. The snowy white blooms of these coastal wildflowers are super alluring to pollinators! Plants form tiny tufts of grassy foliage that reach 6 to 10 inches tall and 6 to 8 inches wide. It is a rugged and reliable herbaceous perennial that blooms from early to late spring. Excellent in rock gardens, containers, beds, borders, and in landscaping. You can even use it as a ground cover in areas with very light foot traffic.
